Setup and care

A safer setup for a corded hair straightener

Start with the manufacturer instructions

Hair straighteners use heat. Read the exact model’s supplied safety and operating instructions before use, including whether the hair must be dry, how the tool is powered, where it can be placed and which attachments or accessories are compatible. Do not transfer a wet-to-dry routine from another model in the same product line.

Plan the outlet and the hot-tool rest

Measure the path from the intended outlet to your mirror and account for a cord that can move without being pulled, stretched or caught. Cable length is not a safe-use radius; keep the appliance away from water and follow its instructions for use around a bathroom sink. Set up a suitable heat-resistant surface where the maker allows the hot tool to rest.

Use the source page as a starting point, not a manual

The reviewed ghd Original product page says to use the iron on dry hair, apply heat protectant and comb it through, section the hair, and glide along each section. Follow the instructions supplied with the exact unit for all operation, cooling and care details. This assessment does not replace those instructions or independently validate a technique.

Cycle 68 corded T3 group: each of the eight newly reviewed tools has an attached mains cord. The pages/manuals give 9 feet for Compact 77500 and SinglePass X 73541, 8 feet for Lucea 77530, Smooth ID 77534 and Lucea 76520/76524; the exact Smooth X, Curling Straightener and StylePlus sources give no numeric lead length. Cycle 67 corded addition: T3 identifies both SinglePass StyleMax finishes (White SKU 77592 and Satin Blush SKU 77594) as corded. The official page lists a 360-degree swivel but no numeric cord length; do not infer reach from the swivel or from another model. The same page's 100–240V rating is a separate travel-voltage fact. Cycle 62 corded additions: CS1000, CS1001 and CS1002 are all mains-corded plate straighteners, with exact-model plate widths of 1.00, 1.25 and 1.50 inches respectively. Corded use does not establish cable reach: the numeric lead length is not published for any of these three configurations, and the exact CS1002 manual was not available in the inspected source path. Cycle 59 corded answer: BNTC9200HP brings the corded set to 133 of 137 current buyer-eligible plans. BaBylissPRO lists a nine-foot, 360-degree swivel cord on the exact Hot Pink dryer page. That is a product-page cable length, not a safe-use radius or a guarantee about an outlet layout. Cycle 51: 118 of 122 reviewed configurations document corded operation. All three newly reviewed CHI configurations are corded: the standalone GF8813, the separately packaged GF1185 set, and GF1001. Only GF1001’s page supplies an 11-foot lead length; the Vibes pages do not publish a numeric cable length. Keep the same corded-operation answer in the finder →

Cycle 50: 115 of 119 reviewed configurations document corded operation. The 1.5-inch GF8300 and five-inch-plate GF1187, plus four-surface 1.25-inch GF1042, each list an 11-foot cord. Plate format and cord length are separate facts; the published cable length is not a safe-use radius. Keep the same corded-operation answer in the finder →

Cycle 49: 112 of 116 reviewed configurations document corded operation, including all three individually reviewed one-inch CHI LAVA models. Cycle 38: 99 of 103 reviewed configurations document corded styling; CB7403, CB5750NA, CB9350US and AS9550NA each have a corded plan. The three heated straightening-brush manuals identify 120 V, 60 Hz; AS9550NA's dryer-brush booklet says 125 V, 60 Hz. None documents universal input or numeric cable length. “Salon length” on the CB7403 page and a swivel-cord claim are not measurements. Confirm outlet compatibility and actual reach before purchase. Thirty-seven of the 39 currently reviewed configurations have a documented mains-powered styling plan; the exact BNTMB4095TUC Black & Blue page does not establish corded or cordless operation, so it fails closed for either essential choice. The white Unplugged SKU 553 is the only verified cordless styling model. Corded use still needs a suitable outlet, and a lead length is not a safe-use distance. Twenty-four ghd configurations list an 8.8-foot straightener cable. Eight BaBylissPRO editions list nine feet: BNT130T, BNT131T, BNT134T, Iced Blue BNT131TLB, blue Prima3000 BNT3000TUC-N, Hot Pink Prima3000 BNT3000THP, Prima3100 BNT3100TUC and TrueTension BNTE100T. The directly linked BNT4074TUC manual verifies corded, dual-voltage styling but gives no cable length. Exact pages also leave the lengths for BNT4073TUC and BNT4091TUC unstated, so all three fail a numeric minimum. The black Duet Style SKU 612 and white SKU 613 editions are corded hybrids but omit a numeric lead. The corded ghd Mini has documented universal voltage; the exact model links remain distinct from the cordless white Unplugged. Do not use the white Unplugged charger lead as a straightener cord. The Cherry Chic set SKU 720 lists a separate 8.8-foot iron cable and 9.8-foot Helios dryer cable; the latter is not straightener reach. The corded option remains an operating-mode filter, not a suitability guarantee.

Choose corded operation only if you have a suitable outlet and the verified cable reach works for your setup.

Cycle 18 count correction: 39 of the 41 reviewed configurations now have a documented corded styling plan; one is the cordless white Unplugged, while the Black & Blue BNTMB4095TUC still has unknown power mode. The exact Hot Pink BNT4172THP page documents a nine-foot swivel cord and dual-voltage wording. The BNT4094TUC manual confirms corded dual-voltage operation but does not state a cable length; neither lead length nor adapter status should be inferred from an image.

Cycle 19 adds three corded bundle plans, bringing the reviewed set to 42 of 44 configurations with documented corded straightening. BNTPP79 and BNTPP84 include six-foot compact irons; BNTPP93 includes a nine-foot full-size BNT130T and a separate six-foot BNT137 mini. Those cable values belong to the straighteners, not the package's separate dryer or to every tool in the set. Keep the corded requirement exact in the finder →

Cycle 20 update: 45 of 48 reviewed configurations have a documented corded styling plan. The exact BNTBG3050UC manual identifies a corded 120–240 V mini but gives no lead length; the attached cord on BNT4171TUC supports corded operation without establishing voltage or reach. Cycle 25: 63 of 66 reviewed configurations have documented corded plans; all four new products are corded, and three have a sourced nine-foot lead while BNT9125TUC’s cable length remains unknown. The linked family instructions for Hot Pink BNT131THP state a nine-foot swivel cord; the package component details tie nine feet to the exact curved BNT4061UC, which is also the qualifying straightener inside BNTPP76. GF9021’s documented 11-foot cord satisfies this minimum through 11 feet; above that threshold it does not, and GF9024A’s swivel-cord length remains unknown. Apply each requirement to one actual lead rather than treating “swivel” as a length measurement · Use the 11-foot boundary · test above that boundary →

At the inclusive 11-foot minimum, GF9021 is the sole reviewed configuration with a documented straightener lead long enough; GF9024A has no stated numeric cord length. At an 11.5-foot minimum, no model in the reviewed library has a documented straightener cable long enough; the 11-foot GF9021 is short of this threshold and unknown lengths do not pass. No model in the reviewed library has a documented straightener cable of at least 11.5 feet; GF9021’s 11-foot lead is shorter, and an unknown length cannot fill the gap. The empty result is a statement about documented cable figures, not a claim that no physical cord could be longer. Cycle 38 cable boundary: all four new Remington brush-format manuals omit a numeric lead length, so CB7403, CB5750NA, CB9350US and AS9550NA fail even a one-foot minimum and remain excluded at every higher supported value. A corded or swivel-cord plan does not prove reach. The numeric question accepts documented measurements only. Check CB7403, CB5750NA, CB9350US and AS9550NA · Keep a one-foot minimum in the finder →

Cycle 36 at a six-foot minimum: S5523NA-VN and S5525P-VN have no documented numeric straightener-cord length, so neither passes. Cycle 35 at a six-foot cable minimum: S1303, S5505P-VN and S5503NA also have unknown numeric straightener-cord lengths, so none qualifies. Swivel-cord wording does not provide a measured reach, and the S5505 manual's worldwide-voltage instructions do not establish its cable length. At a six-foot minimum, the compact plans in BNTPP79 and BNTPP84 and the mini plan in BNTPP93 qualify; at 6.5 feet, only BNTPP93 remains among these three, through its separate nine-foot BNT130T plan. The matcher checks a cable and the other selected capability on the same straightener plan. BNTPP93's six-foot BNT137 does not become nine feet because its different full-size iron has a longer cable. Review BNTPP79, BNTPP84 and BNTPP93 for the exact included plans.

At 6.0 feet, the current list includes the three cycle-19 bundles through their documented six-foot compact or mini plans. Six feet is an inclusive threshold; the full-size BNT130T in BNTPP93 is not needed to meet it. Find all matches at a 6.0-foot minimum →

At 6.5 feet, BNTPP79 and BNTPP84 no longer match through their documented six-foot compact irons, but BNTPP93 still matches through the separate nine-foot BNT130T; its six-foot mini cannot meet a longer minimum. Keep all other requirements open and set 6.5 feet →

At an 8.5-foot minimum, 37 current product configurations match, including BNTPP93 through its nine-foot BNT130T rather than the six-foot BNT137 mini; BNT4172T, BNT4093TUC and BNT9091TXL also meet the stated threshold. The nine- and ten-foot figures are manufacturer-listed straightener leads, not safe-use radii; the separate Helios dryer cables in ghd sets never substitute for an iron lead. Thirteen current matches document a straightener plan with at least nine feet of cable; BNTPP93 qualifies through BNT130T, not its BNT137 mini, and all three cycle-21 adjustable models also list nine feet. Unknown lengths do not pass, and nine feet is a published cable figure rather than a safe-use radius. Find the complete nine-foot set →

At a 9.5-foot minimum, BNT9091TXL is the only reviewed match; its exact page lists a 10-foot swivel cord, while the next-longest documented plans are nine feet. At a 10-foot minimum, only BNT9091TXL matches through its manufacturer-listed 10-foot cord. At a 10.5-foot minimum, there is no documented match. At 6.0 feet, 40 current configurations meet the minimum, including all four cycle-21 models through their exact 6-, 9-, 9- and 10-foot leads. At 6.5 feet, 37 remain: BNT2000UC's six-foot cable falls out, while BNT4172T and BNT4093TUC list nine feet and BNT9091TXL lists ten. Cycle 27: both new full-size one-inch irons document nine-foot swivel leads. BNT4095TUC's exact manual identifies its own nine-foot cord; the BNT4072TUC page and its linked family manual likewise specify nine feet. Each reaches the inclusive 8.5- and 9-foot minimums, as well as 6 and 6.5 feet, but neither reaches 9.5 feet. Cable length is not a safe-use radius; confirm the exact model and outlet reach. Cycle 28 cable boundary: BNTPK1RB has a six-foot fixed mini and a distinct nine-foot adjustable one-inch iron. At six feet the mini meets the threshold; at nine feet it does not, but the full-size component does. At a 9.5-foot minimum neither included straightener plan qualifies. This is a manufacturer-listed lead length, not a safe-use radius; retain the threshold in the finder and check the exact component. Read the set review and compare six feet, nine feet and 9.5 feet.

Cycle 29 cord evidence: the BNT411T straightener inside BNTPP94 has an exact nine-foot cord; the BNT4070T in BNTPP95/80 and BNT4090T in BNTPP81 have unknown numeric lengths and fail closed. A dryer or curling-iron cable is not a substitute. The BNT411T source lists a 360-degree swivel as well as length, but neither determines a safe-use radius. Cycle 29 cable boundary: the BNTPP94 set's exact BNT411T straightener component lists a nine-foot swivel cord. That plan meets inclusive six-, 6.5-, 8.5- and nine-foot minimums, but not 9.5 feet. The BNT4070T irons named by BNTPP95/80 and BNT4090T in BNTPP81 have no verified straightener lead length in the consulted exact sources, so their curling-iron or dryer cords do not clear a numeric filter. Cycle 32 numeric-cord check: Remington S37A10, S9350US and S5755NA-VN are not included at a 6.0-foot minimum because none has a published straightener-cord length in the exact page/manual evidence checked. That unknown is not zero feet or proof that the physical cord is short; it simply cannot pass a documented minimum. Their nominal plate widths (0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 inches) do not answer cable reach, so the same three remain undocumented at 8.5- and 9.5-foot thresholds as well. Compare the S37A10, S9350US and S5755NA-VN records · six-foot minimum · 8.5-foot minimum · 9.5-foot minimum

Across the supported 1–20-foot minimum range, the new S37A10, S9350US and S5755NA-VN plans have no documented straightener-cord length and therefore fail closed at each numeric threshold. That remains true whether a shopper asks for 1, 6, 8.5, 9.5 or 20 feet; the observed cable may exist, but the evidence does not give its length. Cycle 37 numeric reach check: all four new corded plans have unknown numeric straightener-cord lengths, so none is added at even a one-foot minimum; increasing the minimum to 6, 8.5, 9 or 20 feet cannot turn an undocumented value into a match. This means the evidence fails closed, not that the appliance lacks a cord. Selectable heat and a brush-shaped head do not make a tool cordless. The CB7403, CB5750NA and CB9350US booklets describe mains-powered operation, and AS9550NA's manual specifies 125 VAC, 60 Hz. The current reviewed cordless set consists of black Unplugged SKU 552 and white SKU 553. Each is a separate exact edition with a 0.88-inch plate and a manufacturer-stated fixed 365°F target. For the black model, the exact US product listing, matching global model page, US safety instructions and product image support this identity; the image shows regional accessories and is not proof of the US package. The US charger input is 100–240 V, not direct corded styling. The maker's up-to-20-minute runtime and up-to-two-hour charge claim are not independent endurance tests, and neither iron can be used while charging. Verify the supplied kit and current airline restrictions rather than assuming an adapter, charger or in-flight permission. Two reviewed configurations document cordless styling; their shared model name does not erase the black-versus-white edition and package checks.

Cycle 20 did not add a documented cordless configuration. The exact BNTBRB2000UC page leaves its power mode unspecified; an unknown source cannot satisfy an essential cordless condition, and the other three new plans are documented as corded or show an attached cord. The BNTBRB2000UC review records that distinction rather than inferring from its mini form. Keep cordless operation essential in the finder →

Cycle 32: the reviewed cordless count remains two of 84; all three Remington straighteners are documented corded, not battery-operated. Even the half-inch S37A10 is a corded iron, as are the one-inch S9350US and two-inch S5755NA-VN. Their widths cannot substitute for an essential cordless requirement. Cycle 24 adds no cordless configuration: the white ghd Unplugged remains the sole one of 62 reviewed configurations with documented cordless styling. Each of the four new BaBylissPRO plans is corded; automatic dual voltage on BNT4070T, BNTPP100 or BNT4173T does not make its iron battery-powered. Keep cordless styling selected in the finder →

Cycle 25 adds no cordless plan: the white ghd Unplugged remains the sole one of 66 reviewed configurations with documented cordless styling; all four new profiles are corded. BNT9125TUC, BNT131THP, curved BNT4061UC and the BNTPP76 iron plan each have a corded styling configuration. Dual-voltage support on three plans describes electrical supply compatibility; it does not turn an outlet-powered tool into battery-powered styling. Keep cordless styling essential in the finder →

Cycle 26 adds no cordless model: the white ghd Unplugged remains the only one of 70 reviewed configurations with documented battery-powered styling. Cycle 28 adds the individually bridged black SKU 552, bringing the cordless answer to two of 74 reviewed configurations. Black SKU 552 and white SKU 553 are separately reviewed, fixed-target battery tools. Cycle 29: the cordless answer remains two of 78 reviewed configurations. BNTPP94, BNTPP95, BNTPP80 and BNTPP81 all require a cord for their included straightener plan; neither a folding dryer, dual-voltage claim nor a curling component changes that. How to use the cable-length threshold

Twenty-four reviewed ghd straightener configurations have a documented 8.8-foot styling cable; eight BaBylissPRO models list nine feet, including Iced Blue BNT131TLB. Exact BNT4074TUC, BNT4073TUC and BNT4091TUC pages/manuals do not document a numerical cable length, while the BNTMB4095TUC page does not verify power mode or cord length. The two Duet Style pages also lack a numeric cable figure, and white Unplugged SKU 553 styles from its battery. A useful boundary is between the known 8.8-foot ghd group and the next valid half-foot finder input: an 8.5-foot minimum admits all 32 documented lengths, while a nine-foot minimum admits the eight BaBylissPRO models. In Cherry Chic set SKU 720 the Helios dryer has a separately listed 9.8-foot cable, but the straightener remains 8.8 feet. Twenty-four ghd straighteners list 8.8 feet and eight BaBylissPRO models list nine feet, including Iced Blue BNT131TLB; BNT4074TUC, BNT4073TUC, BNT4091TUC, both Duet lengths and BNTMB4095TUC’s operating cable remain unknown, and Unplugged has no styling cord. This comparison does not calculate a safe radius or promise comfortable reach.

The exact BNT131TLB page supports the added nine-foot candidate. BNT4074TUC, BNT4073TUC and BNT4091TUC have no stated length; BNTMB4095TUC has no verified power or cord mode. Known ghd and BaBylissPRO cable numbers are not safe-use distances and do not replace an outlet-path check.

The BNT4074TUC, BNT4073TUC and BNT4091TUC do not state numeric cord length; BNTMB4095TUC is not assigned a power mode. The 24 known ghd straightener cables are 8.8 feet and fall short; Duet lengths are unknown and the Unplugged has no styling cable. Separate Helios dryer leads do not count as iron cable. Cycle 18 boundary update: nine BaBylissPRO models now have a documented nine-foot straightener cable, including the exact-page-listed Hot Pink BNT4172THP. Its one-inch plate and dual-voltage claim do not establish the missing manual details; the BNT4094TUC is corded but its cable length remains unknown. The BNT4074TUC has known dual-voltage operation but exceeds the width cap and has no stated cord length. BNT4073TUC and BNT4091TUC have unknown cable lengths; BNTMB4095TUC has no verified power/cable mode; the 2-inch BNT134T and five Chronos Max configurations exceed the cap. Cycle 68 corded/adjustable/universal intersection: Smooth X, Curling Straightener, SinglePass X, Smooth ID, Lucea 1-inch and StylePlus have all three documented traits on one corded plan. Lucea 77530 is not included because its exact page conflicts on voltage range, and Compact 77500 is excluded by fixed heat. Numeric width and cable length remain separate constraints. Keep these three choices together in the finder →

Cycle 67 three-way match: T3's SinglePass StyleMax has a same-model corded plan, manual heat selection and stated 100–240V input. It satisfies the corded/adjustable/universal-voltage combination, but not a stricter positive cable-length minimum because the exact cord length is unpublished. Check the review and evidence limits · Keep all three requirements together →

Cycle 62 voltage interaction: the three Conair corded adjustable models are excluded when universal voltage is added as an essential condition: CS1000/CS1001 manuals state 120 V AC, 60 Hz and single voltage, while CS1002’s page says single voltage. Do not treat a wide width allowance or adjustable heat as proof of travel compatibility. Read the exact CS1000, CS1001 and CS1002 reviews · Keep all three conditions selected →

Cycle 54 three-way example: CA1174 and GF0101 are both corded, offer adjustable/selectable heat and carry a manufacturer dual-voltage claim. Neither exact page supplies a numeric input range or confirms an adapter; CA2222 has no universal-voltage claim and its heat control remains unclassified. Find matches with the same three choices →

Cycle 53 compatible three-way intersection: GF1595A, GF7057A, CA1010 and CA2205 each document adjustable heat, corded power and categorical dual-voltage wording on their own plan. None of those pages gives a numerical input-voltage range or confirms an adapter; this intersection answers only the selected categorical requirement. Cycle 49 three-way addition: adjustable, corded and dual-voltage GF8215 and GF8281 both join this intersection; GF8215’s listed range is 200–450°F, while GF8281’s upper limit remains unresolved. The two pages do not publish the same cable length: GF8215 lists 11 feet and GF8281 6.5 feet. Read GF8215 and GF8281 · Keep the three conditions together →

Cycle 48 three-way interaction: all three Ministyler SKUs meet the corded and dual-voltage conditions on one documented plan, but none meets an adjustable-heat requirement because the exact pages do not identify the control type. The 340–410°F bounds alone are not evidence of selectable heat. Check GF0097, CA8578 and CA8595A · Keep all three choices together →

Cycle 47 three-way interaction: GF8822 meets corded/adjustable conditions, but does not pass the universal-voltage requirement because its exact page is silent on voltage. Cycle 45 three-way check: GF9021 and GF9024A document corded and dual-voltage operation, but neither enters a corded/adjustable/universal result because the exact evidence does not resolve either model's heat controls. GF9021's 392°F listed preset and GF9024A's Digital name do not establish whether heat is adjustable. Compare the GF9021 and GF9024A reviews · Keep all three requirements selected together →

Cycle 45 five-way boundary at a one-inch cap with adjustable heat, corded operation, universal voltage and a nine-foot minimum: GF9021 fits the width, corded and dual-voltage portions and its 11-foot lead clears the length, but its heat controls remain unresolved; GF9024A exceeds the one-inch cap, has unresolved heat and no numeric cable length. For the broader three-choice intersection, BNTPK1RB also qualifies through its adjustable one-inch iron: corded, user-adjustable heat and universal voltage coexist on that single sourced plan. Cycle 29: 31 of 78 reviewed configurations combine corded straightening, adjustable heat and documented universal voltage. BNTPP95 and BNTPP80 qualify through their exact named BNT4070T one-inch irons; BNTPP81 qualifies through its BNT4090T iron and manual, which says it auto-adjusts across 120–240 V. BNTPP94 is deliberately excluded from this set because voltage for its BNT411T iron is not verified. This is a three-condition plan, not a claim that every included device shares the same voltage behavior. BNTPP95 · BNTPP80 · BNTPP81 · Keep all three conditions together in the finder →

Cycle 30 five-way update: at a 1.0-inch maximum, adjustable heat, corded use, universal voltage and a nine-foot minimum, nine configurations match; all three new plans fail at least one requirement because BNT3050UC is fixed and the other two are wider. The 1.25-inch BNTPP54MB straightener and two-inch BNT4174T exceed this one-inch cap, while standalone BNT3050UC is not adjustable. Cycle 30: 33 configurations now document corded styling, user-adjustable heat and universal-voltage support on one plan. Two additions have materially different dimensions: BNT4174T at two inches with five exact settings, and BNTPP54MB through its one-and-a-quarter-inch BNTMB3000TUC component. Both document nine-foot cords; the separate BNT3050UC is fixed and is not an adjustable-heat match. Check the BNT4174T and BNTPP54MB reviews and keep all three requirements unchanged in the finder →

Cycle 32: the 33-plan corded/adjustable/universal-voltage result does not include the three Remington irons. Their adjustable corded plans have linked-manual ratings of 120 V, not a documented universal range; for S9350US and S5755NA-VN the manual cover's suffix differs from the retail listing. Unknown cable lengths are an additional reason they cannot pass a numeric reach requirement, but cable data is not needed to explain this three-condition exclusion. Cycle 37 corded/adjustable/universal-voltage interaction: 35 of 99 configurations remain in the documented set; none of the four new Remington models joins it. The S16A11A family manual specifies 120 VAC, 60 Hz and the S33A-family manual specifies 120 VAC, 60 Hz, but their manuals omit the complete retail suffix; verify the delivered rating label. S5777NA's type-code manual and S9333US's manual do not establish a universal-voltage rating. Unknown voltage is not evidence of dual voltage, and a plug adapter does not convert it. Compare each S16A11A, S33A10B-VN, S5777NA and S9333US source summary. Keep all three requirements together →

Cycle 41: although the D20A10B joins the corded-and-adjustable-heat result, it drops out when universal voltage is also essential. The retailer page lists 120 V; the linked family instructions rate 125 VAC / 60 Hz and restrict use to 110/120-volt systems. Neither source documents worldwide input, so treat the tool as unsuitable for an essential universal-voltage condition unless its own rating label and instructions establish otherwise. The current corded/adjustable/universal set remains 35 plans and excludes D20A10B. Read the D20A10B voltage caveat · Keep corded, adjustable heat and universal voltage together →

Cycle 68 fixed five-way boundary: Compact 77500 has a fixed 410°F setting, corded use, a nine-foot lead and 100–240V input, but its width is unresolved, so it cannot satisfy a one-inch maximum plus the other four requirements. Do not infer a width from the small product photo or the “compact” name. Keep all five one-inch/fixed/corded/travel/reach answers together →

Cycle 52 control conflict: GFDB12 meets the one-inch, corded, dual-voltage and six-foot conditions but fails a fixed-preset requirement because CHI explicitly calls its heat adjustable. The question is about control type, not whether a user can choose a lower temperature. Read the GFDB12 assessment · Keep the fixed-heat and six-foot conditions together →

Cycle 51 five-way fixed scenario: one-inch fixed-preset GF1001 satisfies a one-inch maximum, corded use, CHI’s dual-voltage statement and a six-foot minimum because its listed cable is 11 feet; its manual gives 110–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz. The adjustable Vibes GF8813 and GF1185 iron do not meet the fixed-heat choice. Read the GF1001 review · Keep all five conditions together →

Cycle 49 five-way addition: fixed-preset GF8269 meets the one-inch cap, corded, universal-voltage and 6-foot minimum conditions; its 11-foot cord and manual rating support the electrical requirements. This is not a digital or selectable-heat model: its exact manual describes on/off operation at a listed 395°F preset. Read the GF8269 review · Keep all five conditions together →

A fixed mini can meet a narrow five-way setup

With a 1.0-inch maximum, fixed heat acceptable, corded operation, universal voltage and a six-foot minimum, BNTPK1RB matches through its separate ¾-inch, six-foot, fixed-target mini. The one-inch Prima iron in the same package is adjustable and nine feet long, so it does not supply this fixed-heat plan. Read the component-specific package review before choosing which tool matters.

Cycle 30: at a 1.0-inch cap with fixed heat, corded operation, universal voltage and a six-foot minimum, 18 configurations match; BNT3050UC's unreported cord length prevents it from passing that numeric condition, while BNT4174T and BNTPP54MB are adjustable. The BNT3050UC is otherwise a documented half-inch, fixed/on-off dual-voltage iron, but unknown length fails closed; the other two new plans do not meet the fixed-heat choice. Cycle 32 five-way boundary at a 1.0-inch cap, adjustable heat, corded use, universal voltage and a six-foot minimum: 12 configurations match, but none is one of these Remington models. S37A10 and S9350US fit the width, heat and corded conditions; their checked manual ratings are 120 V and their cord lengths are undocumented, so neither satisfies universal voltage or a known six-foot minimum. S5755NA-VN is also over the one-inch cap. Review the half-inch S37A10, one-inch S9350US and two-inch S5755NA-VN · keep all five conditions together →

Cordless travel charging with a fixed target

Black SKU 552 and white SKU 553 are the two reviewed matches for cordless styling, fixed heat and universal-voltage charging; both have a 365°F target and the 100–240 V input is for charging, not mains-powered styling. Their exact editions differ in color and regional package evidence. Neither can operate while charging; the maker's up-to-20-minute runtime is a claim, not a test, and airline acceptance must be checked separately. Read the black SKU 552 and white SKU 553 assessments; verify the supplied charger and instructions for the exact kit.

When cordless travel operation also requires adjustable heat

No reviewed configuration combines cordless styling, user-adjustable heat and universal-voltage charging: both Unplugged editions document a fixed 365°F target, while BNTMB4095TUC has unverified power mode. The black and white Unplugged charger inputs do not make their presets adjustable or their styling corded. BNTMB4095TUC's exact page supports adjustable heat but not a verified electrical mode, so unknown cannot satisfy an essential cordless condition. This empty result describes the documented library only; do not loosen either hard requirement.
